Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

As we are experiencing higher volume due to COVID19, we aim to have all packages dispatched within 3 working days after the day of receipt of payment. 

Packages are shipped via DPD with tracking, text alert and drop-off without signature.  Delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays. Please allow three working days for delivery after the package leaves us before contacting about a shipment. Some DPD depots are experiencing delays at times due to regional lockdowns, etc.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If you use an external drop off such as Parcel Motel or pickup points, once we have handed it to them ,damages need to go through them, as it has been handed over to them and signed off in proper condition.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. There is a minimum order of €15.01 within Ireland. Shipping levels are as follows:

Flat rate Irish shipping : €6 

PARCELS ARE SUBJECT TO A MAX WEIGHT OF 24kg IN ALL AREAS, AMD A MAX SIZE. RUNNING OVER SIZE / WEIGHT WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES. 

PLEASE NOTE ; IF AN ORDER IS DISPATCHED, AND THEN RETURNED TO US AFTER MULTIPLE FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS, WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE COST OF PRODUCTS, NOT SHIPPING COSTS, AS THESE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID. MAXIMUM DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND HOLD-OVER TIMES VARY IN DIFFERENT AREAS, BUT AT LEAST 7 DAYS IS GIVEN.

Damage to parcels must be notified immediately to both the couriers and ourselves. If an item is damaged or missing and we are not informed within 12 hours of receipt of package we cannot refund the item. Similarly, tracking numbers are provided on dispatch, and DPD will also mail on the day of dispatch. We must be informed within 24 hours of a misdelivery or we cannot replace items. In the event of a single damaged item or two in a parcel, these will be refunded, we do not re-ship individual items. Unfortunately sometimes things may show as in stock, but be gone. If an item is out of stock at time of postage, it will be refunded to the original payment method at time of dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
